About Alpine Environmental

Alpine’s residential, commercial, and government clients rely on us for their Asbestos and Lead Paint Abatement, Mold Remediation, and Historical Restoration needs. Since 1991, Alpine has specialized in safely and efficiently eliminating hazards and restoring spaces. Our clients find relief in knowing that they have a professional partner they can rely on.

Our Story

The Peik family’s early adoption of a healthy and environmentally conscious way of life laid the groundwork for the values that are fundamental and define Alpine Environmental as a company today.

In the early 90s, as environmental contracting was emerging as a field, Ed and Ron saw that along with few industry guidelines, there were poor work practices that often did more harm than good. As engineers, they understood the need for the highest professional standards in the process of containing and removing hazardous materials, but also the importance of properly protecting those performing the actual work.

This driving mission of delivering quality coupled with safeguarding both the process and their workforce has guided Alpine Environmental to its position today as the acknowledged industry leader. It has meant taking on pivotal roles in the Lead and Environmental Hazards Association, a national industry association, and advising regulators for the State Lead Program in Massachusetts, as well as involvement with the Indoor Air Quality Association, American Industrial Hygiene Association, and several other industry associations.
